Facilities - the Coach House is a two bedroomed cottage with kitchen and living room
Upstairs is open plan. There is one large double bedroom with an additional sofabed for flexibility. There is a twin room with its own door for privacy. There is a shower room. Downstairs is the living room with another sofabed and a kitchen.
The Coach House sleeps 4-6 people comfortably.
What you can expect
Fluffy cotton White Company towels and crisp cotton fresh bed linen are provided and so is heating.
Everything you need for breakfast will be waiting for you in the fridge - usually: bacon, sausages, our own free range eggs, yoghurt, fruit juice, croissants, cereals, tea and coffee. Everything is sourced either locally or is organic or Fairtrade or just plain delicious!!
There is also a selection of condiments and other items such as: vinegar, oil, mustard, mayonnaise, jams etc provided on a friendly, sharing "home from home" basis (ie not every bottle jar or packet provided is new). In our experience this is hugely appreciated and enjoyed by nearly everyone because it allows you to arrive without having had to have shopped on the way. By all means, you might want to bring your own supplies if the communal spirit doesn't appeal.
The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking that you may want to do. Cleaning materials are also provided and there is a hoover and ironing board as well as a washing machine and tumble drier. and now a dishwasher!
Broadband is available - please ask if you need a wifi or ethernet connection.
There is a tv and dvd player with freeview, heaps of old videos and one or two dvds in the cupboard. Also a cd player and radio so do bring your own music.
Anything else that you need, we'll do our best to provide it for you!
Payment
Please expect to pay a deposit by cheque and the balance in cash on arrival. Should you wish to pay the balance by cheque then please pay the full amount by three weeks before arrival or on booking whichever is nearer to your stay.
Arrangements can be made to accept payment by PayPal - please ask on booking if you would prefer this option. There will be a 4% additional charge to cover costs.
Sorry, no debit or credit cards are accepted because i have no "machine".
